Challenge

Early in 2020 during the height of COVID, the Board of Supervisors approved the Healthcare Access Program (HAP). With more people losing income and jobs, and at a time when they may need critical healthcare services, HAP became another option for financial assistance. The new program reduces the amount patients owe for services and/or medicines based on their income. PRxDigital was tasked with marketing the HAP program in order to reach target audiences and increase enrollment.

Strategies & Tactics

  • PRxDigital created and developed 3 sets of social media posts and promoted these posts.
  • We partnered with iHeartmedia to reach other target audiences that Google doesn’t support, such as healthcare sites, employment sites, etc.
  • Developed and planned, from beginning to completion, the script creation, production, post-production and upload to relevant channels, along with placing video ads on Youtube.

Results

Campaign resulted in 3,000 new enrollments. The client was delighted at the results.
