CEO & Founder
As founder and CEO of PRxDigital, Brenna has more than 40 years of communications experience in Silicon Valley collaborating with top business and government leaders. Brenna attracts talented staff and noteworthy clients. She’s helmed countless campaigns, utilizing branding, marketing, media relations and publicity as well as conceptual design and creative development, social media and videography. Brenna has conceived many major initiatives including Joint Venture: Silicon Valley and the VMC Foundation – the first non-profit foundation for a public hospital in the U.S. Brenna’s established relationships in the Valley, as well as throughout California and the U.S., prove invaluable for clients seeking introductions to key influencers. A member of Santa Clara University’s first undergraduate class that included women, Brenna received a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy.
Vice President
Terry manages the PRxDigital team tracking staff duties to ensure the absolute best quality campaigns are developed and executed for clients. Terry writes proposals and identifies potential new business opportunities. She oversees the firm’s entire roster of clients ensuring their goals and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Prior to joining the agency, Terry worked as development and outreach manager for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. She also worked for Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, where she served as a parent mentor and conducted marketing and fundraising. Additionally, she founded and owned Video Estate video production company. Terry received a bachelor’s degree in radio/television from San Jose State University.
COO
Thuy oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of PRxDigital. She sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision. Thuy supports new business development efforts and manages the agency’s digital and print clipping collection. Fluent in Vietnamese, she verifies the accuracy of Vietnamese language materials produced for clients, a key asset for the agency as San Jose now boasts the greatest number of Vietnamese residents in any U.S. City. Thuy received a bachelor’s degree in finance and information systems management from San Jose State University.

With significant experience in all facets of public relations, Elisabeth serves as a creative director and project manager at PRxDigital, providing strategic planning and creative input to client initiatives and helping to inspire, manage and ensure accountability for our client work.
Elisabeth has had more than 40 years of marketing communications experience in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, in agencies from boutique to international, for a national non-profit and as a public information officer for the City of San Jose. She has deep experience in health care, technology, consumer product and ethnic marketing, for clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Purina, Microsoft, and Blue Cross of California.
An accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, she holds a B.A. in anthropology from Harvard and for 12 years she taught public relations at the graduate and undergraduate level at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communications & Journalism.

Marilyn is PRxDigital’s graphic designer/photographer. As a prominent photographer for influencers and content creators, her Instagram account boasts well over 50,000 followers. Marilyn channels her talent to create graphics for our clients’ social media, e-blasts/newsletters, and any print display needs such as banners, A-frames, posters, business cards, etc. Her photos at our press conferences and events create a stunning visual record for clients. She’s also adept at portrait photography and Japanese-style illustrations using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Prior to joining PRxDigital, Marilyn worked for Dainese Inc., a motorcycle apparel company. In that role, she launched marketing campaigns for racing trade shows along with marketing strategies, including eye-catching graphics, for nine Dainese retail stores across the U.S. Marilyn received a bachelor’s degree in business economics from University of California, Irvine.

As a key member of PRxDigital’s media outreach team, Jennifer knows what makes for a good story. Her success comes from a deep understanding of the news and from cultivating long-term relationships with tech, healthcare, lifestyle and hard news reporters, editors and producers nationally and regionally.
Her impressive record of placements for client companies and individuals include Modern Healthcare, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, CNN, CNBC, Marketplace, Fast Company, Business Insider, Reuters, Kaiser Health News, NPR, and Bloomberg News, among others. Many of these relationships span decades, and Ms. Spoerri regularly places thought leadership pieces in Modern Healthcare, McKnight’s, Becker’s, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, VentureBeat and TechCrunch.
Jennifer majored in Political Science and Russian at Grinnell College and has a degree in Political Science from San Francisco State where remained on the Dean’s list for the duration of her time there.
