De Mattei Construction has built, designed and remodeled more than 1,800 of the finest homes in the Bay Area since 1985, including seven Sunset Idea Houses. Headquartered in the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose, the company specializes in custom homes, residential remodels, and commercial construction in a market extending from Napa to Carmel.

Significant interest rate changes and variable demand for housing have impacted the residential construction business in Silicon Valley, and DeMattei was interested in promoting its capabilities in commercial development as well, including extensive rehabs, tenant improvements and commercial and office construction.

Strategies & Tactics

PRxDigital helped re-design De Mattei’s website to reflect its commercial construction experience.
We enhanced the company’s digital marketing efforts and produced marketing videos.
We developed written content including blog posts that appealed to both residential and commercial customers, in order to help generate leads.
PRxDigital developed and managed a social media marketing campaign that increased brand awareness and targeted marketing messages to specific audiences in Silicon Valley.
As projects were awarded and completed, PRxDigital distributed news releases with images to local media and construction trade publications.
